Legs were feeling just a little bit heavy today, the result of some solid running this past week. So, recovery run was on tap today and the goal was to keep the average heart rate under 130. Ended up with 128.
Rather pleasant and enjoyable run. Very happy with how the training has been lately. Hopefully we'll get enough snow this weekend to recoat the local Nordic trails, I'm itching to do some more skiing.
Ran 5.6 miles @ 8:35/mile pace.
