Just did an out and back on Route 109 from the school and kept the pace easy. Road is only slightly hilly (graph below makes the elevation look more drastic than it really is) so I just puttered along and let the mind wander. Rather pleasant and feeling fine after yesterday's workout. Nothing else to really report.
Ran 10.2 miles @ 8:04/mile pace.
