Marathon Eve

Ran 2.0 miles @ 8:30/mile pace.
AHR = 146
Paved roads.
Slightly hilly.
Mid 20's, sunny.

Just an easy two miles with my buddy Andy I'm staying with down here on Cape Cod. Knee felt fine. Bring on the thon, I'm ready.
