Had ten at an easy pace on tap, but the quads are feeling better so it ended up being a progression run. Nothing crazy, but first split in 8:38 and the last in 6:48. In all fairness, had the wind at my back and a slight downhill throughout the second half, so that made it easy.
Still on track for 70+ for the week. Tomorrow will likely be a snowshoe run.
I'm hungry. Glad we're going out for sushi.
