Hit the rail trails for my own run after cross country practice. Legs felt really heavy at first, but they only got better as the run went on and they felt pretty spry by the end. Still kept the pace easy though. One more longer, harder workout this weekend and the hay will be in the barn.
Taking a planned rest day tomorrow. Will be a packed day with a meet in the afternoon.
Ran 8.1 miles @ 8:45/mile pace.
Rail trails.
Slightly hilly.
Lower 60s, partly cloudy.
New Balance MT110, shorts, short sleeved shirt.
