Recovery Morning

Ran barefoot on the local soccer fields this morning for recovery. I could tell I raced last night. Felt good to take it slow and let the muscles loosen up. The morning dew on the bare feet felt great.

Will likely do another short and slow run later this evening. In between then, have a lot to do with cleaning, rearranging for when Kate moves in after we're married next week. Almost time!

Ran 4.1 miles @ 9:25/mile pace.
Grassy fields.
Upper 60, sunny.
Barefoot, shorts, short sleeved shirt.
