Easy fiver on the rail trails. Caught myself speeding up a few times and had to put on the brakes. All part of tapering, but discipline is key. Light track workout is on tap for tomorrow and it'll be nice to give the legs some turnover.
Boston has now fully infested my brain and I can't stop thinking about the race. I just want to do really well there. Really, really happy with this training cycle and looking forward to seeing what I can do. Just have to relax and be patient. No point in stressing out, but easier said than done.
Ran 5.1 miles @ 8:22/mile pace.
