There is no better way to describe my run today than the title of this post. If I explain all of the reasons why, I may just have to rename this blog "Maine Whiner".

Will take at least the next couple of days off.

Ran 5.4 miles @ 8:38/mile pace.
AHR/MHR - 150/166
Paved roads.
Mostly flat.
30 degrees, partly sunny.
Long pants, fleece jacket, short sleeved shirt, beanie.

A Winter of Discontent.

I feel for you...I really do. Maybe I could be the cheese to your whine?

Hang in there. Strap on the skis and hit the trails for a while.

Jamie - we've all been there so you have lots of empathetic and sympathetic friends! Stay optimistic. - Jeff

You've certainly been very patient with the PF. It must be really annoying to be getting somewhere one week only to go backwards the next.If you can endure 100 miles you can certainly beat this thing. See what the active release therapy is like.
