Decided to sneak in a run on the hotel treadmill while the students attended an event that didn't require me to be there. I was grateful to get in a second run, but man, treadmills suck. I can't stand running in place. When running outside, I really don't want it to end, unless I'm having a really bad day. When on a treadmill, I can't wait for it to be over. Got in four and decided that was enough.
Rest day tomorrow. Long run Saturday.
Ran 4.0 miles @ 8:02/mile pace.
Dreadmill.
Flat (0% incline).
Indoors.
Brooks Mach 13, shorts, sleeveless shirt.

I hear you. So if you're stuck on a treadmill - crank it up to 10% incline or higher and do a "Mt. Washington Tempo". 32 minutes of flat treadmill running just doesn't even seem worth the bother.
I'm not sure if I remember how to run on a mill of dreadedness. Kudos for getting the miles in man!
