Temps are above freezing, aiding to the snow melt and helping to produce very dense fog throughout the day. Man, it was really thick. I stuck to the backroads with lower speed limits for a bit of added safety and was also dressed in bright clothing.
Run went well. The rest day yesterday did some good. My legs had new life and on a few occasions I had to remind myself to slow down a bit. Slightly shorter run tomorrow but may throw in some strides. Feeling pretty good about the MWC on Sunday.
Ran 8.7 miles @ 7:45/mile pace. *estimated*

Very hilly.
Upper 30s, dense fog.
Saucony Kinvara 3, shorts, windbreaker, short sleeved shirt, beanie, gloves.
