These five milers seem kind of mid-distance to me at this stage. Pathetic, but that will change. Soon these will be my easy step down days, and usually only one a week, maybe two if the workouts are especially tough.
I'm really, really looking forward to getting myself into race shape. I can't wait to start competing again.
