My Achilles still hurts. More just on the right side, but some of the left side too.
I haven't run since the mid-week hill repeat session. It's pretty clear that my heel/achilles needs to rest a little. Hopefully sometime next week.
I'm okay with going on the DL if I need to, so long as I can get a proper ramp up by December so I can effectively train for Boston. At this point, that seems very reasonable. Patience... patience...
