Caveat Xysticus

Did a short four-miler with my brother down in Tampa at an easy pace. This city fits the definition of pancake flat. When I used to live here many moons ago, I would use bridges for hill repeats.

I have proof of how flat it is. At first glance, the graph below from today's run looks pretty impressive. However, a closer look along the Y-axis reveals otherwise (click on the image to enlarge):

Ran 4.0 miles @ 9:01/mile pace. 
Paved roads. 
Flat. 
Mid 60s, sunny. 
Saucony Kinvara 2, shorts, short sleeved shirt, cap.
