Cross Training

Hit the school's gym today to use the ellipticals. I did crappy, but realize the rust is still coming off.

Elliptical: 4.6 miles in 30 minutes.
Level 8 out of 16.
Random hill setting.

  1. Glad you got in some cross training without pain - at least you're not pool running (yuck!) You'll be feeling back to yourself in no time, it's all about getting out there.

  2. True dat! I'm actually kind of enjoying kicking the rust off. It's also a bit humbling, which is good for the soul.
