The runner I was pacing at MMT dropped at Moreland, so I only got 20 miles that weekend. But, I've done runs of 26, 26, 20, 20 and 31 in the past four weekends, so I'm happy with my fitness as WS gets closer.<BR/><BR/>Congrats on a huge PR.
